Domestic Shipping Policy:

  2. Processing Time: Our standard processing time for all print-on-demand orders is 2-5 business days. This includes order verification, printing, and quality assurance.

  3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time: Customers can choose from the following shipping methods:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 4 business days after processing.

    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day after processing.

  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the number of items and destination of the order. Customers can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing their order.

  5. Order Tracking: Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of their package.

  6. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders above $100 dollars within the United States using the promo code FREESHIPPING. Please note that this offer is subject to change without prior notice.

  7. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons, the customer will be notified. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending the package to the correct address.

  8. Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver orders on time, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays. In such cases, we will notify customers promptly.

  9. Shipping Insurance: We do not provide shipping insurance by default. If customers wish to add shipping insurance to their order, they can contact our support team for further assistance. Please note that any loss or damage during transit without shipping insurance will not be the responsibility of our store.

  10. Address Changes: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If there are any address changes needed after an order has been placed, the customer must contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

International Shipping Policy:

  1. Return Period: You may return any non-defective merchandise within 90 days of the original purchase date. Please note that the 90-day period begins from the date of purchase, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  2. Defective Merchandise: If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

  3. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must meet the following conditions:

    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused.

    • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

    • Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  5. Refund or Exchange Options: For eligible returns, we offer two options:

    • Refund: If you choose a refund, the original payment method used for the purchase will be credited for the returned item's value. Please allow for the refund to be processed, which may take up to 5-7 business days depending on your payment provider.

    • Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will replace the returned item with the same product or a suitable alternative if the original item is no longer available. The exchange will be processed promptly once we receive and verify the returned item.

  6. Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Personalized or custom-made items.

    • Gift cards.

    • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events explicitly marked as final sale.

  7. Return Shipping Costs: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. In the case of defective merchandise, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
